Jignasha Pandya brings over twelve years of experience in varied education roles to her current role as Vice President, Strategic Growth. Jignasha’s leadership, collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit are evident through each role; most recently as an adept client manager, providing strategic partnership and consulting to districts to design and implement complex projects for better student outcomes. She is excited to leverage her unique combination of program and client management experience for business development to cultivate new client relationship and continue her work of supporting education systems to ensure all students have access to high quality, equitable instruction.
Jignasha is experienced at taking a concept idea and designing prototypes and implementing pilots to bring the idea to reality. She has leveraged design thinking to help design and launch new education programs with the Reset Foundation, Thrival World Academies, and Design School X (DSX) to name a few, working at the intersection of design, education, social justice, and cultural competency.
Jignasha holds a BA in Neuroscience from Macalester College and an MEd in Education Policy and Leadership from American University.
