Become a change agent wherever you lead. Become a GLEAM™ Leader.
Our four-month Cohort Program gives senior administrators and their teams the leadership tools and skillsets essential to lead systemic and systematic instructional change. Leaders will focus on a clear problem of practice and have the time and space to think through the policies, systems, structures, and practices that make grade-level, engaging, affirming, and meaningful — GLEAM™ — instruction possible.
Choose from two pathway options:
Observing for GLEAM™ Instructional Practices: Participants build a deep understanding of grade-level, engaging, affirming, and meaningful — GLEAM — instruction in order to shift mindsets and instructional practices.
Galvanizing for GLEAM™: Participants learn how to operationalize GLEAM practices in their own school systems.
Together, our cohort participants discover how to create a culture that fosters equitable ELA and mathematics instruction for all students.
What You Can Expect
Participants spend 20 hours over the course of four months learning to develop, implement, and assess strategies for change. They investigate the historical practices that influence present-day instruction. At the end of the Cohort Program, participants come away inspired, motivated, and prepared to strengthen learning conditions for faculty, staff, and students.
Ever since I've been with UnboundEd, I have become such a learner… I do everything differently now because I realized it's about involving everyone, every stakeholder, in making change. The learning has been incredible."
